2023 we diving in just a little deeper by challenging the notion that being “Vulnerable” is a sign of weakness🙆🏾‍♀️😳🧐This couldn’t be the furthest thing from the truth😯🤦🏾‍♀️because one of the reasons there is such an intimacy deficit today in our family’s and in turn our society is because we don’t know how to be vulnerable.

It’s about being honest with how we feel, about our fears and failures , about what we need and asking for what we need😓💔🙋🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🙌🏾🙏🏾❤️💚
